Courses:
DIPLOMA IN AYURVEDA
(For Foreign Students)
Duration : 13 months (12 months study at respective centers and 1 month at Nagpur exam and Practicals.
Eligibility and Scheme of Examination:
No. of student can appear privately/externally for this examination ,he/she will have to join institute affiliated to this University. The person who is not below 21 years of age and has acquired matriculation Diploma/Certificate shall be eligible to be admitted to the examination of Diploma in Ayurveda only after prosecuting one year study.

Application for the admission would be sought from respective institutes recognized by the University supported by self attested photo copies of qualification, nationality, migration documents.

Examination will be conducted at Nagpur in India.
The local affiliated institute shall be responsible for the implementation of decisions of Board of Examination in totality. As far as possible second fortnight of January will be the examination period. It may vary as per countries.

Fees : The fees towards enrolment in the university ,the examination and other fees will be charged as per the notification issued by the university, the examination and other fees will be charged as per the notification issued by the university time to time.

Fees will be payable in U.S. dollars or its Indian equivalent . The exchange rate to be applied shall be as decided by Reserve Bank of India on 1st September of respective year.

Faculty : Qualified faculty for the program will be drawn from the host institutes recognized by the university. Guest lecturers from other Universities/Organizations and eminent scholars for special lectures may also be invited to fortify the programs.

Ayurveda, the science of maintaining a long and healthy life is one of the oldest medical systems in the world. It contains profound knowledge of maintaining good health, curing of disease and achieving a harmonious balance of body, mind and spirit. Central to this healing science is the doctrine of Tri-dosha (the vital energies of Vatha, pitta and Kapha) and the connection with the Pancha Maha Bhootha (the five elements – ether, air, fire, water and earth.) Ayurveda teaches a way of life that enables us to be centered and focus on the healing that comes from within.
